You can't speak at your own funeral
There might be a couple of empty seats at the church and at the funeral home,
People may not be able to come because of other engagements,
But is the guest of honor supposed to be there,
You are there in spirit and lying in the coffin in front of the church,
You cannot come back from the dead after you die,
Because that's impossible,
You may leave things written out to have people say about you,
But you can't be in two places at once.

I would like to translate this poem
I am guessing that you are "old as sin" it know what you are talking about—still, a bad poem in terms of language use, diction, etc—sorry.
