Oh my beloved wife
I hope to finish this poem on time
For its delivery on Christmas night.

This poem is my appreciation
For what I call love and affection
Which you have graced three generations.

I'm blessed to call you wife and lover
You're the sweet mom God has to offer
Five grandchildren love you forever.

It has been almost five decades
Since the time we had our first date.
I've been richly blessed with your grace.

I need nothing else as Christmas gift
In you, there's beauty and happiness.
You're everything I wish for Christmas.
