You Said Goodbye Poem by mary roseann ballaran

You Said Goodbye

Rating: 4.5

Tried hard to explain myself
tried to open your heart
Your mind
but you closed it
tried to get you back
But you hate me so much that
You said goodbye
without hesitation
said i love you
but you turned your back on me.
from being someone to somebody again.

Love is a spiritual experience that affects all and sundry profoundly. It's however, whimsical and temperamental, appearing unannounced and may leave without warning, if it's not carefully nurtured by both couples to maintain its bliss. A well articulated love poem, nicely penned from inner recesses of the heart with conviction. Thanks for sharing Mary. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.

real Life is so often injust towards our expectations.. A dear friend of mine, writing an essay, remembers how ''-As Rilke wrote- our mind is split, and thus the products of that mind will need to satisfy at least two visions of human experience.'' Sometimes, those 2 visions are simply not compatible.. Thanks for sharing, Mary, and keep on writing Cheers

Poetry is a good way to express one's emotions. You did it well. Those things that aren't supposed to be, let them not be.
