Young Love Poem Poem by Ima Ryma

Young Love Poem

Rating: 5.0

A ten year old girl, my folks say
Is still too young to be in love.
But since it is Valentine's Day,
I feel old enough to speak of
How much I really want to be
That special girl now in your life.
It's not forever, you and me,
Not like I want to be your wife.
But I believe that you and I,
When Cupid shooting an arrow's done,
Will hit us both in the bullseye,
And rest of fifth grade will be fun.

Someone to love, it's you I chose.
Sorry I punched you in the nose.
