Your Cat Poem by Audrey Heller

Having a cat can really be neat! For
when it comes to independence, they
can't be beat! If you should hold or
cuddle them, just a little too tight. It's
then they will pull away, with all their
might! At times they will come to you
strictly on their own. With a special
look in their eyes and that purring
tone. It's quite apparent, it's always
on their terms, if you want to snuggle
a bit. You better do it quickly, before
they get into a snit! Watching them is
amazing. They always seem so busy.
In fact many a time they can put you
in a tizzy! But no matter how they are,
I can tell you that, it's wonderful to
have, that darling little cat!
