The human's been here,
For a very short time,
They're the cause of great fear,
What they're doing is a crime.
But they don't care,
As long as they're wealthy,
They are totally unaware,
It's better being healthy.
They love diamonds and gold,
They're looked on as treasure,
Though gods they behold,
It's riches one measures.
They grade each other,
Into different classes,
They destroy one another,
Using bombs and gases.
That intelligence they claim,
Can be hard to find,
As other life they defame,
To their future they're blind.
All life you must cherish,
If you hope to survive,
Without us you'll perish,
You'll no longer thrive.
Your intellect is fake,
On this Earth you're a blight,
It's yourselves you forsake,
‘' Your End, Is In Sight ‘'

Yes you have mentioned it quite well how human knowledge is destroying oneself and we in quest of achievement don't even realise what we are looking. Thank-you for penning this insightful poetry.
