Zero Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Zero

All of everything begins from zero!
And yet some will say that would be one!
And if 'one' is where everything begins,
Why is there a zero...
From which all beginnings,
That has begun to be as we know it is?
Before number one,
A zero appears!
And no one can calculate...
Without a zero appearing there in wait!
Remove the zero,
And there is nothing to debate!

Yup, remove the zero and demand from everyone to be PERFECT right away... Thou shall not make any mistakes and always be nr 1. There's NO room for imperfections... How come one can be second best? ! Lol! I am sorry for this rumbling - your poem has simply reminded me of somebody's theory of structure and pherfection... And I will sum it up – nobody is pherfect, and when it comes to learning we all have got the right to practice over our weak points, no matter how much struggle it takes…

For we arrive in this world with zero And depart with zero, our palms empty So why do we fight to have multiple zeros After the numbers 1 to 9, on our chequebook bait! Lawrence could resist this, Cheers Anita
