vehicles people needs arrivals passings

rainforest dripping flooding rivers of words
wet downpour drowning in layered meanings
bush time wild weather mosquito time infuses souls

I thought sometimes
it is possible to write
the essence of an entire
novel into a single poem
...

an absence of but a year and a half
all is changed among these scattered
leaf poets friends; several more gone
...

fear divides
it takes courage to take a leap of faith

love to walk in peace
...

when an artist walks between worlds
yet leaves no sign of silent passing
leaves no touch written in creativity passing
none can follow none can share journey
...

I will sing lament of a river
where endless; bloody battle flows
where the stupid soldier goes...

a crocodile in space
with sharp teeth
strong jaws
was eating stars
...
