Tess Green Poems

1.

A tear forms;
and silently-
it rolls down
her cheek.
...

2.

A face,
Silently floating
Place to place.
...

Within the depths of my soul
Lies an unwelcomed girl
A girl who is not meant
to be.
...

I'm...

Afraid of what I've come to be
Afraid of who I was
...

When I look at myself
Heres what I see
A small little girl
With sad brown eyes.
...

Looking into this mirror
I think to myself
Who is this girl I see?
She couldn't possibly be me.
...

Down Down
Spiraling down
Deeper
Darker
...

Well, this was actually written for someone who liked my poetry. He's in a band, and wanted to know if I could write him a song.

Originally, he wanted a song that would pull in different currect issues by using just one message to tie them together. I had problems with that, so I ended up just using one subject, with different types of the subject. Abuse-Mental, physical, sexual and deadly,
...

A deep desire
Dark desire
A desire so dark its a sin
...

Do you see me?
Or do you just see the wall?
I am
Right in front of you.
...

Is this the time?
Should I do it now?
Or never?
This feels like the right day,
...

It slides through me,
Like a knife through butter,
Easily and smoothly.
A warmth flows out of me that
...

Shattered;
Like a glass
Thrown across a room.

The Best Poem Of Tess Green

Knife

A tear forms;
and silently-
it rolls down
her cheek.

Her body
quivers as
she watches
her man
walk away.

S.l.o.w.l.y
She falls.
Knees.
Hands.
Her lovely
face,
meets the
cement.

A knife,
plunged deep
into her
back. As
she kissed
him goodnight.

She lies
in her
own
blood.

He turns back,
and smiles.
