Quarantine blues, nowhere to move,
No one to meet,
just staring at the streets,
...
Mother Earth began to groan with pain;
With a billion wounds and bloody strains,
...
Emotion can allure,
Emotion can empower,
...
It's dark everywhere; no moon; no light,
Just darkness and a starless sky,
...
Nothing to laugh;
Nothing to weep,
Nothing to die for;
Nothing to live,
...
Fear: a mirror reflection of what I am;
The more I look at; the more I'm scared, ,
...
O Time! Take Me Back in Your Flight!
Make me again a child; at least for a while.
...
Taught me to survive the worst,
To fall with grace,
To rise with vengeance,
...
"Hey dude, would you mind if I dressed like you? "
"For, I believe, it's good enough for me, What's good for you! "
...
Are they fighting war?
Are they fighting election?
...
A question often comes in my mind;
Why being childish is not fine?
...
Behind the screaming silence,
Behind the dictum, "it's fine'..
Heart pains, lips quake,
...
We come into the world with....
Neither possession; nor ownership,
...
I am no one special, I am sure,
I am but a commoner, with common thoughts,
Generally, I am lost in the crowd,
...
Qurantine Blues
Quarantine blues, nowhere to move,
No one to meet,
just staring at the streets,
Watching the birds play, observing the leaves sway,
Cities shut; borders closed, nowhere to go and roam around,
No theatres, no plays, no buying clothes, no dining out,
Everyone is sailing in the same boat,
Which is facing trouble to float,
The power of an invisible virus,
Giving jolts to the superior most life,
No race to meet the goals in this time,
Nothing has left to spice up the life,
Well, it's okay, it's anyways fine,
There's no need to be ecstatic all the time.
What will I do;
Where will I go?
May I or may I not,
Travel the world and meet the folks?
Easy, I fantasize in my dreams,
I meet them all in my sleep.
