are no longer felt again.

Born, not yet shown the evils of the world.
Pushed out of her parents arms.
Left to see the way her life unfurled
Without anyone to protect her from future harms.

I ask them to take a song
and examine its colors
like a kaleidoscope

or lean in and hear its whispery voice.

I sit and listen
just an innocent bystander.
I hear the conversations
but nobody knows.

Best friends are with you no matter what
Even through hard times
She is there
To catch me when I fall
...

Just by being the God He is.
There's never a good enough word that rhymes

So many mistakes in this life I've made.
I wonder how he can forgive my sin,
