031610k Mind Play

my eyelashes is weary
night light is burning steady
music hasn't lost any, jolly
my mind still wandering afar
visiting places gathering nectar
for muse in waiting, watching

i wiggle my toes, comb my hair
i have this figure out, it will come
like slow drip of a flower bloom
muted, invisible to the mind
yet you can feel it become
a silent throb and spring to a grin

music take me away, away from here
where nobody can reach, so as bother
for peace i do desire taken by an owl
for the love i had erase by sudden growl
for tomorrow is a bleep, catching no need
it will come even though you don't want
