fishes could have heard the scream
radios could have crackled few names
they're beyond reach of words rescue
suffocated maybe from smoke and heat
rapid oxidation sets in and erased them
from the surface, the living are walking

they should have a quick release valve
ambilical chord when it was happening
then we don't have this nightmarish day
where plans are diverted and aborted
real is coming so different from reported
any ways we will suffer in very long time
