i saw a big rock in highway
i was wondering who throw
but closer i come, it moves
as big as gallon milk bottle
i slowed down, her eyes dim
with tears; very pointed nose

that was second in a month
no lakes in five miles or so
no forest; overgrown grass
could it be pet that got away
or release by moving tenants
she'll perish; i should have
