17th In Michaelmas 2011 Poem by Rachel Butler

17th In Michaelmas 2011

Rating: 4.0

(Dedicated to the Unknown Gardener)

These things that never happen;
See no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil.
Pardon given, granted, mercy.

Adultery is thought, word or deed?
When another's hand, hand in hand
bounder's tale, his heart is true.

Lakes coalesced, mirroring merging anima,
companionship, felicitious times.
The lack of him devilish.

Hair never to enchant, cheek less glow,
eyes sparkle at the horizon,
Relinquished.

three things should never happen. Pardon and mercy should always be given and granted. I like it. a nice poem. kindest regards.

some poem, enh! just get us to wonder and wander! this better expressed than experienced. smells conspiracy, tastes to sad... bitter-sweet.. with filling of tasteless mercy... good work Rachel! but i m still wandering

Flowing bubbles of repetition and alliteration are part of a concealed meaning: adultery has to be deed I think.

Lakes coalesced, mirroring merging anima, companionship, felicitious times. The lack of him devilish. beautifully engraved on rune of blue yet eyes to sip joy of gloss unleashing aroma..wrought ingeniously by imagery and metaphors
