.2. By My Side Poem by David Threadgold

.2. By My Side

Rating: 5.0

With you by my side
I stand taller than most
You make me look good
But I don’t like to boast

Dressed in pure white
After limousine ride
I stood ten feet tall
By the side of my bride

'Behind every good man is a good woman', or so they say. In this case it should be 'beside'. A wonderful tribute to that special person who makes you feel 10 feet tall. A point for each foot - that would be a nice 10 for this little gem. Linda : -)

I remember that feeling! They say that it is a day for a woman to feel like a princess, but I felt like a king! Concisely put!
