In the heavens something’s rumbling
A deathly hush then breeze
Shutters start a drumming
Leaves rustle in the trees
Every time it starts so slow
The dust blows in my eyes
Where it came from I don’t know
Each time a great surprise
The weathermen said sunshine
My seaweed forecast dry
Radio said fine by nine
Do none of them know why
A drizzle started falling
It brought the rain and hails
I wish I’d brought my brolly
On this lovely day for snails

The good old english weather, what would we have to discuss if all was sunny all day. I find the weather forecasts are so various that all one can do is take a brolly with you every time you go out, just to be on the safe side. Well done. Love and hugs Ernestine XXX
