I wanted to see you dancing,
And mothering my baby,
I wanted to work with you,
And author a joint paper maybe,
I wanted to serve you,
And sing for you a lullaby,
I wanted to travel with you,
And attend a conference,
I wanted to listen to you,
And appreciate your eloquence,
I wanted to love you,
And bask in your brilliance.
