995: Leadership - Poem by Amit Biswas

Leadership is not everybody’s ball game,
Some are born leaders, some are made,
But once a leader, got to take some blame,
Handover a place to a non-leader, to see it dead!

But leaders too have bosses, who need not lead,
They can spoil the broth, in a game of vote,
There are companies, where you should not be smart,
Do anything as long as you are a sycophant.
