A Day Poem by james watkin

A Day

A cloud; and some raindrops.
Gloominess; some woe.
What of a day went by
Above and below.

If there's just more pain to
Absorb as dismiss
Lonesome, unfound in it
Of whom none would miss

Nothing less for pleasure
Ran these cheeks, sparkly.
Each to each having brought
Close in sympathy.
