A Friend Who Changed My Life (A Minute Poem) Poem by Chris Embrick

A Friend Who Changed My Life (A Minute Poem)

Unlike the rest you saw my pain
my friendship gained
abused, no smile
my life a trial

A crippled bird I left the nest
found happiness
love for my pain
how times have changed

You kept your promise all these years
and now the tears
you've come again
my faithful friend.

It is so beautiful poem on life and love having touching expression. The penmanship is haunting too. Thanks for sharing.
