A Heaven Sent Gift
Dream me a dream,
Let it float away.
I'll catch here,
Where I now stay.
Just one last dream,
Of our love last shared.
Before I moved on,
Leaving you alone and scared.
For I'll dream you dream,
A vision like no other.
One to become reality,
As you'll soon discover.
Just one hour on earth,
For me kindly gifted.
To deliver you His message,
Then your burdens lifted
You must now move on,
And find a good man.
Both live a good life,
For that is God's plan.
And after I leave,
You will forget me.
But I'll be happy,
Your heart's now free.

Beautiful poem Shaun..very heart warming indeed. I've got to find myself a good woman..or a bunch of average ones...I jest of course...sort of. These days it's like looking for a needle in a haystack...so I don't really bother. I'd much rather use my time productively and creatively I certainly enjoy my freedom. Consequently, I don't think it would now be possible for me to me tied down. Anyway, I digress...It's another touching ten from me!
