A Hiccups Love Story Poem by NHIEN NGUYEN MD

When I was in my hospital office this morning
Suddenly, I had strong hiccups of more than ten times.
I have been familiar with these hiccups for several decades:
It means that my wife had something important to ask.
I immediately made my phone call to my wife.
As soon as my wife answered the call, my hiccups stopped.
The reason for today's hiccups was that our friend needs my help
To make an urgent appointment to help her relative.
Her female relative has been up in her age
Suddenly she felt panic because of recent deaths of few friends.
This is one example of my sudden hiccups.
As soon as I talked to my wife, my hiccups miraculously stopped.
So, how can I explain this phenomenon?
Is this sixth sense telepathy or what-to-be-called?

CHUYỆN TÌNH NẤC CỤC

Sáng nay, tôi ở văn phòng
Bỗng dưng nấc cục cả luôn chục lần.
Nấc này, quen mấy chục năm
Nghĩa là, vợ muốn nói năng chuyện gì.
Tôi cầm điện thoại kêu liền
Bắt phôn, vợ nói lỡ phiền chút thôi.
Chuyện là bạn muốn hỏi tôi
Làm sao hẹn sớm giúp người bà con.
Bà này tuổi qúa bẩy mươi
Mấy người bạn chết, bà lo hết hồn.
Bao năm, khi nấc liên hồi
Nhấc phôn hỏi vợ thế rồi hết ngay.
Chuyện này cắt nghĩa làm sao
Thần giao cách cảm hay là gì đây?
