Misty sky on dreary morn,
Will it brighten up today?
Longing for the glowing sun,
For the moment I shall stay,
In this warm and pleasant moment,
Writing poems,
Suits me fine,
There are many special memories,
In this lovely valley of mine.
Days of splendour,
Days and moments,
Enough to write a lifetime through,
The reason that I love it so,
Is knowing it was spent it with you.
