A Little Slice Of Heaven
I've lived thru all those torrid days
hav starved out expecting friendlier ways
either bitter or sour, are the words u serve
u make me think, is it all i deserve
constantly dodging ur sharp taunts is a herculean task
just a little slice of heaven, to taste, is all i ask.........
Again a short but powerful write. Most humans ask for little to be happy, but some never get even a little slice of heaven. Well penned,
