This is an extremely compressed poem but I find two themes concerning L-O-V-E expressed brilliantly; FIRST, love means two into one, a union of two and the imagery expresses this with two natural relationships, THAT IS, the bee and the flower & grass and dew. These natural relationships are inevitable and thus the imagery imparts that inevitability to love. SECOND, The lovers are not named except by generic pronouns, which emphasizes the universality of love.
Dear Daniel Brick, it is the best comment I have ever had on my poem. Your comment is very brilliant, explanation, very minute; and expression, very poetic. I just love it.
