A New Pair Of Wings (Fun Poem 52) Poem by David Harris

A New Pair Of Wings (Fun Poem 52)

Rating: 5.0

Some people say I am an Angel,
well not quite yet.
I am still trying to earn my wings.
I once had a pair
unfortunately, they fell off.
When they made them,
they made them three sizes too big.
They have called me in for a new fitting,
hoping they will be ready
for New Years day.

This is very cute, David. I can picture you in your over-sized wings. A fun way to start the new year. love, Allie xxxx

You have long ago earned your wings here on earth David....now if your talking about squaring things with the Man Up Stairs for your new pair of wings when you get there...well that maybe a different story and I pray you don't find out to soon on that pair of wings because you still have some Dr-ing to do down here yet...: O)
