She was sat by the window side
Reminiscing about the time
Time they had together
She thought it'd be forever
But then she lost her lover
Her greed didn't let it go far
She envies his new maiden
They look happier together
He seems to have healed
From the pain she had caused him
She broke his heart
And he was hurt
To heal from the pain
He had to move on
To find a lover who wouldn't hurt
He found her around the lawn
She gave him peace
And she gave him joy
Oh! How sweet their love
