A Sad Song - Poem by Amalei Masigla

When all these are over
I'm going back to where I left my wounded self
and live again
funny but no matter how hard I try it seems that
I couldn't just let it go instantly
I will free it
one by one you know I will
slowly but with surety
it's ok I'll be alright
it will matter most
