A Soft Breeze Of Thanksgiving Poem by Savita Tyagi

For a visit children come and leave,
When young we did the same,
Our love tied with across the Continent traveling.

As my Shayar(poet) father in law would say then:

A golden breeze came
Filled the garden with fragrance
And left as hurriedly as it came!

As my Engineer husband would say now:
A first class breeze came and left!

As my simple folks mind says
This is Life!

As my sleepy grand child in papa's arms says
I want to say bye to Dadi!

For saying bye night before
Because of an early flight
DOES'T COUNT!

Many expressions for a heart filled with love!
Filled with gratitude!
