Oh the time keeper!
You tick on, tick on!
Audibly remind too,
Ding dong, ding dong!
Yet we remain so oblivious
Of the destination obvious,
Where you will ultimately chase us to!

When I look at you,
Oh my constant companion,
I hardly notice,
Your two hands move so stealthily,
And slowly,
One sixty times slower than the other.

It's only when the other day
I gazed at your third hand,
The Second's hand,
That I realized how fast you are taking me
To the ultimate destination,
Where I shall stop for ever
And you will still tick on!
