A Thousand Points Of Light Poem by Walterrean Salley

A Thousand Points Of Light

Rating: 5.0

Against the brightness
Of the sky,
Through the brushes
Of the trees—
Is a thousand
Points of light,
Flashing back
At me.
Like diamonds
Dazzling in the sun—
To watch them shimmer
Is such fun.

Our happiness depends on the habit of mind we cultivate. So practice happy thinking every day. Cultivate the merry heart, develop the happiness habit, and life will become a continual feast.
