We appreciate
your service
we appreciate
your sacrifice
Veterans on Veterans day
we celebrate you
we give our thanks
that is what Americans do
you have
defended our flag
the red white and blue
Veterans on Veterans day
we celebrate you
so many wars
so many have been wounded
so many
have died
you have served
with honor and
with pride
on the battleground
be it land air
or sea
fighting for the lives
of our people
defending our liberty
Veterans on Veterans day
we celebrate you!
