A Walk In Rage Poem by Theodora (Theo) Onken

A Walk In Rage

Rating: 5.0

These days
It doesn't
Take much
To disagree
While many
Speak of
Hate & violence
If you disagree
An argument
Usually ensues
Oft' times
Escalating into
Rage
And into a
Fight
Of cataclysmic
Proportions
With domino effect
Leading to
Violence
When violence
Has it's
Ugly, ugly way
It destroys
Leaving nothing
But remnants
Of human beings
Once peaceful
Who lost it
In the moment
And chose to
Walk in rage
Instead...

It destroys Leaving nothing But remnants Of human beings Once peaceful Who lost it In the moment And chose to Walk in rage Instead... Yes democracy is the forum for the coexistence of opposite views by people who know how to oppose peacefully. Thanks for this nice and timely poem. 10++ for it. With an invitation for comments on my poems and warm regards. Subhas

Subhas, thank you so very much for reading and reviewing my words....feel very strongly about this as there is way too much violence in this world!
