Abrogation of constitution

No one has right but remains one question
Why Supreme Court grants immediate admission?
For politicians and denying it to poor people
Whose case remains pending for whole life?

The politicians swindle public fund
Occupy luxurious places and not refund
Loans taken from public banks
The public opinion has largely sunk

The court grants immediate bail
Even to the regular offender who fails bail
Even to the accused of murder
And allow him chance to flee and hide somewhere

Each time there is cry for federal structure
But threatens national future
Beurocrats and politicians employ highly paid lawyers
They ask courts to get fresh dates and hence delay justice

Politicians and influential get through
Any difficulty and stall then tough justice
With the result, the cases drag on
The justice is delayed and reward is never won

Many enthusiastic advocate abrogation of constitution
Or add more judicial staff to expedite litigation
Normal and poor people must get real test of judiciary
This is their wish and attention must be paid regularly
