Absence Of Moral Code Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Absence Of Moral Code

Absence of moral code
Tuesday,12th Oct 2021

Don't ask more
we know where lies our future!
we shall not come in your sweet talks
but walk with head high

neither word may do justice
nor your concern and promises
some kind of honesty misses
our voice is suppressed

what else do you expect?
from our acts,
we shall never react on part
but start a non-violent action

if you can't protect daughters
give safety to sisters
care for aged parents
and remain absent for moral conduct

don't air your helplessness
and keep a worried face
you have chased us from all the direction
and made a thrust for domestic violence

let one thing be made sure
the whole of humankind survives here
not because they keep us under the toe
but we prefer where and how to go
