Add Gladness To The Day Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Add Gladness To The Day

Rating: 5.0

A-dd gladness to the day,
L-et the morn touch the skyway;
E-ventide will pass from view,
N-ight shadows fade
A-way.

A-dd gladness to the day,
D-ay twelfth sunny October;
A-nother dawn has broken,
M-aking you rise from slumber.
Y-our birth is filled with joy because of the light above;
A-dd gladness to the day to feel the Lord's greatest love.

E-cstasy is truly brought,
S-o the day will be bright;
T-wilight has disappeared,
A-s dusk is nowhere in sight.
R-aindrop is already gone,
O-ne beacon erases the gray;
N-ever remove the mirth, add gladness to the day.
