oh! my i could write continuously
so my friend could read some
when lull strikes chords of charms
grasp that ipod tight might drop
i'm just trying to make you laugh
sooner or later i might do as that

those people that sing impromptu
how i love them i grew up with one
when i'm drowsing he called my name
i force my eyelids to see but fails
frequently, that could be his lullaby
well i remember father's day is coming
