Afraid To Speak Out



Moments passed, every second wasted
Towards an end silence hails
Whispers covered the world
Prevented the sublime act

No one knows where the lie began
Lives fell beneath the river flow
What is on the surface was
Words fleed with greed
Silence covered the above

Now a man standing tall upon the ruins
Not even a sign of movement seen
Or a precision by any feeling
Where no words linger when the mind is numb
The hearth possessed by flame to absorb the collapsed love
And regain...
