After The Moon Is Gone Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

After The Moon Is Gone

Rating: 5.0

A-fter the moon is gone
N-ew dawn shares the light;
I-n fourteenth October morn
T-hrill has set things
A-right.

B-ad times and places
A-re nowhere to be found;
Y-our heart, mind and soul
R-emain not sad and down.
O-pen your eyes to the day, as the chill is over and done;
N-ight shadows disappear after the moon is gone.
