Afterthoughts

After a phone offer
of more than double the Internet speed
after only two weeks on the speed I'm on:

'Look, Sue, I only deal in 3s. Call it greed,
but I'll only consider triple the speed.
As for the first 2 hours free
for overseas calls -
give me 3.'

After she offers triple the speed:

'Look Sue, since your offer of 2 and more,
I've upped the ante to 4.
The 4 goes for the free hours too.'

After she offers me that:

'Look Sue, for what I know you want of mine,
no offer will do.'
