Against The Clock Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Against The Clock

Rating: 4.8

Work against the clock,
Do it as fast as you can;
The devil is like a lion,
Roaming to devour every man.

Race against the clock,
Reach the finish line;
The dawn is about to break,
Wait not for the sun to shine.

Run against the clock,
Tread on the right path;
Never make a wrong turn
To evade the Lord God's wrath.

Go on against the clock,
Time is running out;
Don't ever waste a chance,
Leave the woes and doubt.

Stay focused with few hours left,
Remain inside the flock;
Judgment day is fast approaching,
Move on against the clock.
