What new love should I be finding now?
It is better if I could forget you now

I had none else in this world to depend on
I have been listening to my own voices now

Not many are so fortunate to have so much leisure
Do not often come to my mind that I forget you now

You didn't look like heart-broken at separation
Come back, I will light your way with stars now

Where are those people who wanted me to calm down
Were they here now, god forbid, I'll make them cry now.

'Ravi' is going berserk in your absence now
Come back soon or he might kill himself now

His blood will be on your hands*, Allah wont forgive you
Come back, come back soon, we all beseech you now

ab aur kya kisī se marāsim baḌhā.eñ ham
ye bhī bahut hai tujh ko agar bhuul jaa.eñ ham

sahrā-e-zindagī meñ koī dūsrā na thā
sunte rahe haiñ aap hī apnī sadā.eñ ham

is zindagī meñ itnī farāġhat kise nasīb
itnā na yaad aa ki tujhe bhuul jaa.eñ ham

tū itnī dil-zada to na thī ai shab-e-firāq
aa tere rāste meñ sitāre luTā.eñ ham

vo log ab kahāñ haiñ jo kahte the kal 'farāz'
he he ḳhudā-na-karda tujhe bhī rulā.eñ ham
