皆淡定


心花灿烂清风岭
胆气豪粗澎湃涛
出入死生皆淡定
沉浮俯仰自清高


All Are Calm


Heart flowers brilliant, the Cool Breeze Ridge
Courage bold rough, billows surging
All are calm—go or come and death or life
Pure and lofty by self—ups and down or bend and rise
