All Of Our Stars Poem by Oluwatosin Thomas

All Of Our Stars

Rating: 5.0

I
At the wave of the night,
I set my gaze at the awe of your constellation,
To fortell my thoughts for you,
I stare at the moon, sight the shooting stars,
I made a wish!
II
By the waterside you chewed our lyrics,
Echoing the words to the air,
Your lullaby got to me,
But you were on the other side.
III
As the lightening sparks,
And the skyline splits into two,
I could hear our hearts beat,
Danging to the days of our tides.
IV
Set your gaze and see our horizons meet,
Set your path and your light will lead our nights,
Make a wish!
And our stars will guide us home.
