All The Night Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

All The Night

Rating: 3.5

It has rained all the night
I was proving very right
There was not going to be any light
Not a little movement even far not in sight

The icy winds blow with tremendous speed
Making more dreadful sound and warning to heed
It will be heavy in few more hours
Everything has to be bolted from inside doors

It may be inaccessible from outside and frozen
It may represent white land with look so barren
Sending some isolator views to creep in mind
I was for sure not to see her around or find

She too was proving difficult like snow
As hard as stone but with sun shines to glow
Giving different impression of being inaccessible
I was in deep love and trying to be accessible

I have know for weeks she is likely to be soul mate
Even though no one dared to come closer and date
I had kept it open for any entry to my dreamland
Only criteria was be as lovable as very close friend

But this deep freezing weather was killing
All hopes of uniting as she was willing
I too had pinned high hopes and awaited
I don’t know how far from now to be waited

It is sending chilly waves and create shivering
I have forgotten her welcome and offering
Even though she was far off and differing
I was still in dream and wondering

She may still be revising her future
For she may be making it very sure
As it was coming to seal her fate
It was not at all away from her or very late

I was not consuming the precious time
It was so important and very prime
I have all my hopes alive and awaiting approval
I think spring may sprang surprise on its arrival

My soul may try to resonate and remain warm
It was not at all in the danger of feeling any harm
I had full faith in her true utterances
She was not going to retrace from any of the promises

The winter may drag on for some months more
It was harsh and nothing was possible to explore
I know nothing unusual may take place
As this is one of the important love races

The spring may give surprise knock
We may hear sweet voices from cuckoo and cocks
The flowers may shine with different colors and smell
All will be turning like living heaven to fell it very well
