N-ew day has broken,
I-n the warmth of dawn;
C-old chill will be over,
O-nce the rain is gone.
L-ike an early break of day,
L-ife is fresh in the morning;
A-pril tenth merry Monday
I-s here to bring a blessing.
J-ust behold the beacon,
A-fter the dark or gray;
C-herish the new sunrise,
A-n early break of day.
