An Insurrection Of Sorts Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

An Insurrection Of Sorts

Moving forward with an innate talent for music and poetry,
collating them both into a great time when being left alone
to travel on a separate pathway.

A solo journey filled with the freedom on an insurrection of
sorts, wanting always to keep moving and writing with no
interruptions in sight.

Stopping for no reason, just wanting to choose a silent sound
to taste, finding that sensations are beginning to rise above
the ordinary in this life of humanity.

Breaking apart from the crowd, wanting to find other avenues
in which to begin entertaining mind, heart and soul with new
rhythms that are being hatched one by one.

Listening to them while writing, waiting for the beginning of
each and every ending, wanting to travel into depths of other
new dimensions that're filled with a glorious sound.

Reverberating intensely across the world, resounding and also
resonating while adapting to new ways of doing things, thinking
outside the box.
