Anchovy Poem by nimal dunuhinga

Anchovy

Rating: 5.0

Hey! Master you fish in a wrong location
And your bait fits for sharks.
I do not have such a big mouth to swallow your piece of cake.
Start your engine please and find another place.

*To my Iranian Boss who fish in troubled waters nowadays.
And just now who laid off me.

You never give up the struggle. Excellent satire, my friend. I would guess that your 'Boss' is not poetry literate. A pity, he might learn something about himself. Fight on, Nimal. Friends at poemhunter, Sandra
