Angel Poem by Milica Franchi De Luri

Angel

Rating: 5.0

I've seen an angel!
Face
bright
like a shining light.

I've seen an angel
with enchanting smile
And i thought i was
in haven for a while.

I stroke his golden hair
Soft silk
layer upon layer

I've seen an angel
with eyes
that mesmerize.
The deep blue sea
was looking at me.

I've heard the voice of an angel
The sweet sound of a harp
was plying music to my heart.

I held an angel in my arms,
and marveled at his charms.
My angel called Matthew.

Milica - a child is always a being of marvel, an angel...The lyric sounds like a perfect lullaby...Your son? grandchild?
